I have been listening to Little May ever since I was given the heads-up a couple of years ago. As they come from Sydney, Australia, I've had to be patient for an opportunity to see them play live but happily it was worth the wait. Their live show didn't disappoint one bit. The music reminds me alot of something Charlie Simpson might do with his solo songs, being similarly big on vocal harmonies and following an acoustic driven indie folk sound. The instruments cleverly ebb and flow around the melodies, ranging from near silence at times to full band electric power.
